Graham William Phillips (born January 26, 1979, Nottingham, UK) is a British citizen who worked both independently and as a freelance journalist (stringer) for Russia Today during the 2014 pro-Russian unrest in Ukraine. In late July 2014, Phillips from detained in Ukraine for a second time, and then deported. Phillips reported to Russia Today that he was deported because of his work for RT.
